Patiala Health Foundation

The Patiala Health Foundation is a public chartiable organization approved by the IRS on Feburary 2nd, 2004. It is registered in Hancock County, West Virginia.
The organization assists the poor by raising funds to build trauma centers in third world countries. Trauma centers built by the organization provide services for no charge to poor people and for discounted ammounts to persons who cannot afford such services.
Two membership classes exist:
1. Founding member who will pay or pledge 25,000 USD in a three year period.
2. General member who will pay or pledge 10,000 USD or more in a three year period.

Please make check to Patiala Health Foundation and mail it to either Dr. Birjinder S. Kochhar or Dr. Amrik S. Chattha. No donation is too big or too small.
SPECIAL RECOGNITION
Patiala Health Foundation specially recognizes Rajinder K. Keith who has already donated $100,000 to the organization. Patiala Health Foundation specially recognizes Gunjit S. Sikand who has pledged a total of $100,000 and has already paid $90,000 to the organization.
